Direct Garmin Connect integration

A first-class Garmin connection so your recovery data (HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, Body Battery) and activities sync straight into IntervalCoach, instead of relying on a third-party relay to pass them along. The payoff: your morning readiness is ready earlier and more reliably, and we can use Garmin-native signals like Body Battery.

I wonder if Garmin shares HRV status , so balanced, unbalanced, etc. this could be an additional biomarker used by the recovery algorithm possibly.

Good question. Today that label doesn't reach IntervalCoach: we get your nightly HRV value, not Garmin's status. The readiness score already does something very similar with it, though: it compares your HRV to your own 30-day baseline, which is roughly what Garmin's "balanced / unbalanced" does with a 7-night average. What the status would add is a second opinion you already know from your watch, so when the two disagree you can see why. I've added it to the signals to read once the direct Garmin connection is there, next to Body Battery.
