Real-time coaching adaptation
Today your coach sets the plan in the morning and stays quiet for the rest of the day. This makes it react within minutes when new signals land — a recovery score, a completed activity, a wellness update — and adjust today’s recommendation, with a clear explanation of what changed and why.

This has shipped! Your coach no longer goes quiet after the morning email. When a new signal lands during the day — a recovery score, a wellness update, or a completed activity — it re-checks today's session within minutes, up to 21:00 local time. Depending on your adaptation mode it applies the change directly or proposes it for approval, always naming the concrete signal behind it (for example "your HRV is 15% below baseline"). As of today this also covers dialing back pace-based run workouts, not just rides.
