Richer strength training
Strength sessions are already part of your plan. This makes them deeper: proper exercises with sets and reps, tailored to your sport and the equipment you have, and counted as real load instead of a generic "strength session" block.

Could you add direct integration/sync with dedicated strength apps like Liftosaur?
This would let athletes using structured custom templates keep their preferred logging tools while seamlessly tracking overall fatigue and multisport balance.
Thank you !

Thanks Jean-Brieuc, and sorry for the slow reply. Liftosaur isn't connected today, so on Android your lifting only counts when the session reaches Intervals.icu some other way. It's a good candidate though: Liftosaur has an API that gives the actual sets, reps, weight and RPE, which is exactly what the load and fatigue side needs, rather than just "a strength session happened". I've added it by name to the strength-app integration I'm planning, next to Hevy.
