Coach+ is an AI chat feature for real-time conversations with your personal coach β€” grounded in your actual fitness data, training history, and goals.

What you can ask

  • Training advice β€” "Should I do intervals or endurance today?" "My legs feel heavy, what should I do?"

  • Performance analysis β€” "How has my FTP progressed this season?" "Am I training enough in Zone 2?"

  • Race prep β€” "Plan my pacing for a hilly 100km ride." "What should my taper look like?"

  • Nutrition β€” "What should I eat before a 3-hour ride?"

  • Workout changes β€” "Make today's workout shorter." "I only have 45 minutes."

  • Plan changes from chat β€” rebuild your weekly plan, build a custom workout from natural language ("5x5min at 105% with 2min rest"), or add and manage race events without leaving the chat.

Run up to 30 conversations in parallel, each with an AI title and context-aware starters. Persistent memory means Coach+ remembers your instructions ("focus on threshold", "avoid VO2max mid-week") across conversations β€” and they influence daily workout selection and your weekly plan, not just future replies.

Message limits

Limits reset monthly and only your messages count β€” the coach's replies are free. Pro includes 20/month, Max 200/month. See remaining messages in the chat panel. Max users can also buy top-up packs (100, 200, or 500 messages) that never expire.
