Performance Benchmarks show how your fitness, power, and pace compare to similar athletes. This is a Max-exclusive feature.

What you see

Enable benchmarks on the Analytics page to add P50 (median) reference lines to your CTL, eFTP history, power curve, weekly TSS, and running-pace charts. Filter by age group and sex to compare against a relevant peer group. Benchmarks are computed nightly from thousands of active athletes.

Peer groups

Athletes are grouped by sex (Male, Female, All) and age bracket (18-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65+). Your default group matches your Intervals.icu profile; switch groups with the filter dropdowns. Cohorts under 50 athletes are marked as small samples. All athletes contribute to the data regardless of tier.

Not seeing benchmarks?

Free/Pro users see a locked toggle with an upgrade option. On Max, try refreshing β€” data is computed nightly and may take a day to appear after subscribing. Make sure your age and sex are set in your Intervals.icu profile for the best comparison.
