The three tiers
Free β fitness dashboard, 3 workouts per month, and weekly training plans.
Pro β β¬3/month or β¬30/year (save 17%). Daily adaptive workouts, post-workout analysis, Whoop integration, and 20 Coach+ messages per month.
Max β β¬8/month or β¬80/year (save 17%). Everything in Pro plus 200 Coach+ messages per month and benchmarks.
Currency at checkout β prices are shown in EUR; Stripe converts to your local currency (USD, GBP, AUD, CAD, etc.) at the current rate. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay are supported.
Pro vs Max
Pro and Max share the same training features (daily adaptive workouts, weekly plans, post-workout analysis, nutrition, Whoop). The difference is Coach+ AI chat: Pro gets 20 messages/month; Max gets 200/month plus top-up packs and Performance Benchmarks.
Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial; if you already had an account when your trial started, you get 30 days. When the trial ends you switch to Free automatically β keep using the dashboard and basic features, and subscribe anytime.
Switching and cancelling
Upgrade or downgrade anytime in Settings β Subscription. Upgrades are charged the prorated difference; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Cancel anytime β you keep your tier until the period ends, then switch to Free.
