IntervalCoach reaches you through two channels: email (works on any platform) and push notifications (the iPhone and Mac app). You manage both in one place β€” open the app β†’ Settings β†’ Notifications.

What you can get

Each category has its own toggles. Some support both email and push, some are email-only or push-only:

  • Daily briefing β€” your morning recommendation. Email + push.

  • Post-workout analysis β€” feedback after a completed session. Email + push.

  • Weekly summary β€” your week in review. Email only.

  • Monthly recap β€” your month in review. Email only.

  • Badges β€” milestones and achievements. Email only.

  • Coaching nudges β€” timely prompts from your coach. Push only.

  • Club events β€” group rides and races in your clubs. Push only.

Notifications take you straight to the right screen: a post-workout push opens that activity (ready for your feedback), the daily briefing push opens your briefing, and a coaching nudge opens Coach+ chat.

Delivery times

Under Delivery times you control when the daily email arrives:

  • Fixed time β€” pick a set hour (6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 18:00, or 20:00).

  • Synced to your recovery data β€” the briefing fires as soon as your morning recovery (e.g. Whoop) is ready, with an 11:00 fallback if nothing has synced. No fixed time needed.

You can also set when your weekly plan email arrives (any hour from 18:00 to 22:00).
