Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets (iOS)

Two widgets put your day's numbers on your Home Screen and Lock Screen without opening the app: Readiness and Training Score.
Readiness widget
Available on every plan. Shows your readiness for today at a glance, so you know whether it's a day to push or hold back before you've even opened the app.
Training Score widget
A Pro feature (Pro and Max). Shows your training score — your overall training quality and consistency. On the Free plan the widget prompts you to upgrade instead of showing the number.
Where they fit
Home Screen — small and medium sizes.
Lock Screen — circular, rectangular, and inline (the small slots above and below the clock).
Adding a widget
Home Screen — touch and hold an empty area, tap + (Edit → Add Widget), search IntervalCoach, choose Readiness or Training Score, and place it.
Lock Screen — touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize → Lock Screen, tap a widget slot, and add IntervalCoach.
Widgets refresh periodically through the day; tap one to jump straight into the app.
