IntervalCoach keeps you updated by email and push notification. You control every type in Settings β†’ Notifications.

Email types

  • Daily Briefing β€” your workout recommendation for the day. (Pro)

  • Workout Analysis β€” insights after each completed activity. (Pro)

  • Weekly Summary β€” a Sunday recap with the week ahead.

  • Monthly Recap β€” your monthly progress report. (Pro)

  • Milestone Badges β€” a note when you earn a new badge.

  • Product updates & offers β€” occasional news about new features.

Switch each on or off independently, and choose which also arrive as push notifications in the iOS app (Daily Briefing, Workout Analysis, and coaching nudges).

When they arrive

  • Daily Briefing β€” at a fixed time you choose (anywhere from 3am to noon, default 6am local), or "after your HRV and sleep sync" so it waits for this morning's data. Whoop users get it the moment recovery is ready.

  • Weekly Summary β€” Sundays, at the hour you pick (8am–10pm, default 8pm local).

  • Monthly Recap β€” early on the 1st of the month.

  • Workout Analysis β€” shortly after you finish an activity.
