A race pace plan is an AI-built pacing strategy for one of your events β€” so you line up with a plan for effort, fueling, and warm-up. It's a Pro feature (available on Pro and Max).

Generating a plan

Open the race in your Calendar to bring up the event details, then tap Generate Pace Plan. It appears as a section under the event, and you can refresh it as your fitness or the event details change.

What's in it

For your A and B races, the plan covers:

  • Readiness β€” a quick read on your fitness and wellness going in.

  • Race scenario β€” the tactical picture for the day.

  • Pacing strategy β€” how to meter your effort, with power or pace targets.

  • Warm-up β€” a race-specific activation routine.

  • Nutrition β€” fueling and hydration recommendations.

For C events you get a lighter version β€” intensity guidance, a strategy, and recovery notes β€” since you train through those.

Pace plans work for cycling, running (including trail, using elevation and distance), swimming, and other endurance events. Cycling and running plans include power or pace targets.

On the Free plan you'll see an upgrade prompt instead β€” race pace plans unlock with Pro.
