Deleting your account and your data

You can permanently delete your IntervalCoach account and all of its data at any time.

How to delete

Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone, click Delete Account, and type DELETE to confirm.

What gets deleted

This permanently removes your IntervalCoach account and all associated data — your stored settings and connection tokens, subscription records, Coach+ chat history, training plans, and activity data. This cannot be undone. You'll be signed out once it completes.

If you have an active subscription billed through the website (Stripe), it's cancelled automatically as part of the deletion.

Things to know

• Your Intervals.icu account is separate. Deleting IntervalCoach does not touch your Intervals.icu account or your training history there — that data stays in Intervals.icu.

• App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple. If you subscribed through the iOS app, cancel that subscription in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, since Apple-billed subscriptions aren't cancelled from our side.

If you just want to stop the emails or pause, you don't need to delete — you can turn off email types in your notification settings, or cancel your subscription and stay on the Free plan.
