Someone gave you IntervalCoach. Here's how to start.
Redeem your gift in two steps
Open the gift. Tap Redeem your gift in the email, scan the QR code on the card, or go to intervalcoach.app/redeem and type the code (16 characters, like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
Sign in with Intervals.icu. IntervalCoach reads your training through a free Intervals.icu account, which connects to Garmin, Wahoo, Apple Watch, Zwift and more. No account yet? Create one first; the redeem page links to it. The gift is applied as soon as you're signed in, you don't need to type the code again.
Your months start on the day you redeem. There's no rush: the code stays valid for two years.
If you already use IntervalCoach
Free plan or trial: the gift starts right away, and any trial days you had left are added on top.
Paying through the website: the gift's value is credited to your account and pays your next invoices.
Paying through the App Store or Google Play, or covered by your coach: keep the code and redeem it once your own subscription has ended. Turn off auto-renew in the store if you want to switch to the gift.
If the code doesn't work
Already redeemed: each code works once. If you didn't redeem it yourself, ask the person who gave it to you to contact us.
Expired: codes are valid for two years after purchase.
Not found: check the code for typos. Letters like O and I aren't used, so they can't be mixed up with 0 and 1.
When the gift ends
Nothing renews and you're never charged without asking. A week before the end we send you a reminder. If you want to keep going you can subscribe then, and your first payment is only taken on the day the gift ends.
