You can ask Siri about your training, or add IntervalCoach actions to the Shortcuts app, your Home Screen, and automations β€” no need to open the app first.

Just ask Siri

These phrases work out of the box (say them after "Hey Siri"):

  • "What's my readiness in IntervalCoach"

  • "Morning briefing in IntervalCoach" / "Show my daily briefing in IntervalCoach"

  • "What's today's workout in IntervalCoach"

  • "What's my form in IntervalCoach"

  • "What's my training score in IntervalCoach"

  • "Generate a workout in IntervalCoach"

  • "Open Train Now in IntervalCoach" / "Ask my coach in IntervalCoach"

More actions in the Shortcuts app

Open Apple's Shortcuts app and search IntervalCoach to find the full set of actions, including score breakdown, score trend, why your readiness is what it is, tomorrow's workout, and openers for the Dashboard, Calendar, and Settings tabs.

Build your own

Drop any of these actions into a custom shortcut or a personal automation β€” for example, run your morning briefing automatically at 6am, or add a Home Screen button that generates today's workout in one tap.
